I see a lot of people using these small cameras surfing and wanted to try one myself. After doing some internet searching and talking to friends I decided to try Intova. I had not heard of this company but their pricing and features looked very good and internet reviews made the company sound reputable. They make a lot of waterproof products and that is what I wanted camera for. My first reaction when I received the camera was that the box was kind of cheap but the camera looked really solid. It has a thick and tough housing that is actually the shell of the camera. Good Oring seal, built in LCD screen and buttons that were fairly easy to understand, even for me. After using the camera I was pleased to find that it floated-important for water use-I have sunk cameras before. Most pleasantly surprising is the quality of the video. I used it on land and in water and the video quality is amazing. Looks pro even from me!!! Another nice thing is that there is very little of the fisheye bowl effect that a lot of my friends cameras have. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
